World’s Best Homemade Fudge Recipe

In my opinion this is the World’s Best Homemade Fudge Recipe!! My mom has been making her delicious Fudge ever Holiday Season since I can remember! I think its the best, you should try it and see for yourself….

Ingredients:
1 cup Butter
14 1/2 oz. Evaporated Milk
4 cups Sugar
1 – 12oz pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (I use Nestle)
5 cups Mini Marshmallows
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional – I leave these out)

Directions:
1. Cook butter, evaporated milk, and sugar over medium heat until temperature reaches soft ball stage (234 degrees Fahrenheit). Use a candy thermometer and stir constantly with a whisk, so it doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom. This part takes about 15-20 minutes so be patient, it will be worth the wait!!

2. Remove from heat and add the rest of your ingredients and stir till smooth. Pour into buttered 9×13 pan. Let set up (about an hour). Store in an air tight container once cooled.

*Cut into squares and enjoy! Makes a great gift or add it to your holiday cookie plates!
